    According to reports, the Chinese marine surveillance ship Haijian 137 continued to patrol the territorial waters surrounding Diaoyu Islands on the eve of the Spring Festival.1
    Chinese foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying accused Japan of creating tensions and tarnishing China’s image. 2
