    According to reports, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) finally approved the political report which is going to be unveiled at the People’s National Congress in a four day plenum concluded on November 4, 2012. ).1
    In another development, Beijing approved of the cabinet line up which was submitted by the Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zaidan and was accepted by the Libyan national congress. ).2
    Reports noted that Beijing has stated that China and the United States should work towards making joint efforts in order keep the bilateral ties stable especially after a new US administration will take office in January 2013. ).3
