According to reports, a Hizbul Mujahideen militant, along with two of his accomplices, has been arrested from Kulgam district of South Kashmir. According to police, Muhammad Yousuf Magray was involved in an attack on a village head in June this year. 1

In another development, according to reports, members of the minority community in Zanskar area of Kargil district have alleged harassment after communal clashes in the area, forcing the authorities to clamp down curfew to prevent further tension. 2
