Opangmeren Jamir is Research Analyst at the East Asia Centre. His research interests include: International Relations Theories; International Political Economy; Water Governance; Energy Security; Natural Resources and Armed Conflict; and Indigenous Rights. He completed his PhD in International Politics from the Centre for International Politics, Organization and Disarmament, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Previously, he worked with the Ladakh Ecological Development Group (LEDeG), Leh, Jammu & Kashmir.
