    Educational Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Graduation with atleast 60% marks
    • Proficiency in computers especially M.S. Office and Internet is a must

    Professional Experience

    • Atleast 10 years of experience in various administrative and management capacities
    • Experience of working on CCS  Rules, RTI Act 2005, Fundamental and Supplementary Rules (Swamy’s Compilation), Noting and Drafting Procedures and Evaluation of Record Service
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a short- hand knowledge and a typing speed of 40 words per minute

    • Responsible for policy execution and results
    • Accountable for maintaining positive, proactive relationships with both employees and relevant service providers

    Job Description*

    The job profile inter-alia includes:

    • Assist in execution of all administrative functioning of the Institute
    • Control of establishment branch of the Institute
    • Providing administrative supervision during conferences and seminars etc.
    • Controlling and allotment of the auditorium, seminar hall and guest houses
    • Assisting in facility management
    • Interaction with the MoD, MEA and MHA regarding official work including processing of visa etc.
    • Assisting in managing the complete recruitment cycle of IDSA employees
    • Effective communication of Human Resource Policies
    • Initiating performance appraisal of employees
    • Grievance handling
    • Handling general work practices and leave procedures
    • Maintaining personal records and documentation
    • Proper recording, storing and maintenance of official documents and files
    • Looking after stationery requirements of the Institute
    • Controlling membership section, despatch section, computer and audio- video wings and publications of the Institute

    General Information

    • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test at Delhi and will be tested for typing skills, written and communication skills, drafting letters, general information about RTI, Central Government Rules etc.
    • Shortlisted outstation candidates will be paid AC- II tier rail fare on production of tickets by the shortest route
    • The selected candidates will be expected to join at the earliest
    • The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill any or all the positions advertised
    • The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for the selection test to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement and other academic achievements
