Vishal Chandra Discusses Masood Khalili’s Book ‘Whispers of War’ at NMML

Research Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra participated in the panel discussion held on the occasion of the release of former Afghan Ambassador to India, Mr Masood Khalili’s book, ‘Whispers of War: An Afghan Freedom Fighter’s Account of the Soviet Invasion’, (Sage Publications), at the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML), New Delhi, on April 5, 2017.

Other panellists included former Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan, Mr IP Khosla; President, Commonwealth Journalists Association, Mr Mahendra Ved; CEO, Greencore Solutions, Kabul, Mr Mahmud Khalili; and Director, NMML, Mr Shakti Sinha.

The book was released by the aforesaid panellists.
